ERRORS ON PSC’S SITE

Errors will be corrected where discovered, and PSC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
You may pay for your orders with PayPal™, Amazon Pay™, or major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, PSC accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card.
Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until item(s) are shipped to you or availability is confirmed. PSC reserves to right to charge for orders partially fulfilled; you will be charged only for the goods PSC has actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges. However, PSC may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a preorder with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your preorder. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION
After you place an order using PSC’s shopping cart, PSC will check the information you give PSC for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

ORDER LIMITATIONS/LIMITED QUANTITIES
PSC reserves the right to reject any order you place with PSC, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If PSC rejects or makes changes to your order, PSC will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail and/or billing address you provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree that PSC’s remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that PSC shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that PSC may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees.
No right or remedy of ours shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees and expenses.
No instance of waiver by PSC of PSC’s rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
TERMINATION OF USE
PSC may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. PSC reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Site at any time without prior notice.
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, PSC may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and PSC shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Site is created and controlled by PSC in the State of Iowa, USA. As such, the laws of the State of Iowa will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
SEVERABILITY
If any these provisions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed several and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to the products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate PSC’s intellectual property rights, PSC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Iowa. You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Iowa. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class action proceedings or otherwise. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to or connected with the use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever banned.
