- Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 6 AM Central Time will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 8 AM will be shipped on the next business day..
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours if placed by 2 PM Central Time, Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
- We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or National US holidays. Orders received on these days and holidays will be shipped promptly on the next business day.
- Backordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS whenever possible. Smaller items weighing under 1 lb. are typically shipped using USPS.
- All shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and included in your invoice.
- We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
- Some large volume orders or oversized items may incur additional freight charges.
